Recently, YEC has conducted a project on 7th and 8th October 2009:

YEC: ORIENTATION DAY PROGRAMME OCT 2009
It was a project initiated by HELP Department of Business Studies, invited by Kak Hamidah.

In this project, YEC played the role as the campus tour guide, guiding new ~~students~~ potential leaders to all HELP faculties and facilities.

Some of you may have seen our YEC Members with the YEC Collar-T! :D

The first day went off smoothly, thanks to the effective leadership led by our project leader:

YEC: FOOD CARNIVAL (MALAYSIAN DELIGHT) (RESULT)

With reference to YEC: FOOD CARNIVAL (MALAYSIAN DELIGHT) and YEC on Voizemy, YEC has succeeded in coordinating a food carnival in celebration of our Independence Day. Much of YEC's expectation, the carnival has received good response from HELP UC students from various departments.

Many thanks to HELP UC students who have been supportive to YEC.
Considering the scale of this project, the project leaders of this project were Kenny and King.

YEC: RECRUITMENT DRIVE PROJECT (RDP) 0902 (RESULT)

With reference to YEC: RECRUITMENT DRIVE PROJECT (RDP) 0902, YEC has continued its recruitment drive to recruit more young leaders into YEC. In doing so, YEC has recently initiated YEC: RECRUITMENT DRIVE PROJECT (RDP) 0902. In this project, YEC has targeted on Year 2 and Year 3 students of HELP University College: Business Department.

This recruitment drive project was led by Tan Min Zhi, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of YEC, as the project leader of this project. And many thanks to the project leader's leadership and the project team, YEC has successfully recruited another 50+ new members in the month of JULY and August.

As of now, YEC has a total of more than 200 new members.

YEC will continue to grow and serve the students better.

And YEC will continue to work towards its mission, and thus, vision, serving the students and members by exposing them to all possible business fields and gain 'real' business experience.

The next project coming up is the YEC: FOOD CARNIVAL (MALAYSIAN DELIGHT), led by another project team with Kenny Ng Seng Yoon, Chai Kean King and Saw I-Rene as the project leaders.

HELP Bus Shuttle Service

YEC: LUNCHEON FOR RDP 0901 (RESULT)

Our recent luncheon was held on 3 July at DSA Hall of Wisma HELP. The event started at 11am and opened to all committee members, existing members and new members. The main objective of the luncheon was to gather all the committee members, existing members and new members and to "break-the-ice" among them. Luncheon also took the objective of introducing the Board of Directors formally to all members.

Members enjoyed a good meal and participated enthusiatically thoroughout the event.

The story started from the registration counter.

Members reached one after the other. The attendance seemed not bad!!

You don't believe that the attendance was good?! Okay, let's peep inside the room and find out the wonderful turnout!

See! I never cheat.. members were sharing while waiting for the event to start.

This is our president, Kenny, he was giving the welcome speech.

Vice president, King, was introducing the Board of Directors.

Next is our dear advisor, Ms Sumathi, her facial expression was so rich while on the stage.

First game: Mummy Man.

Second Game: Balloon Game.

The most exciting and craziest game.

Members fought to step on the ballooons that tied on other legs.

There was a hung net. In the circumstance of absence of any tool, to pass through it, member had to help one another. How they help? Let's scroll down and find out..

With reference to YEC: RECRUITMENT DRIVE PROJECT (RDP) 0901, YEC has initiated a recruitment drive project on 22nd and 23rd of JUNE 2009 in promoting YEC, as a business club in HELP University College, to the ~~students~~ young leaders of HELP UC, primarily the young leaders in business department, and recruiting these leaders into YEC.

This recruitment drive project was coordinated by a project team led by Chai Kean King, one of our YEC active members, as the project leader of YEC: RECRUITMENT DRIVE PROJECT (RDP) 0901. And many thanks to the project leader's leadership and the project team, YEC has successfully recruited a total of 50+ new members in the month of JUNE.

As of now, YEC has a total of more than 100 new members.

And YEC will continue to work towards its mission, and thus, vision, serving the students and members by exposing them to all possible business fields and gain 'real' business experience.
